| Nobil Welder
|
| Micro-impulse
plasma welder |
Among the
devices attracting significant interest from dental
laboratories are the plasma welders: easy to use and
excellent quality/price ratio.
Nobil Metal present their new micro-impulse plasma welder:
the Nobil Welder.
More ergonomic than the previous model and able to handle
more processes, thanks to the new range of accessories
at its disposal.
The Nobil Welder is a micro-impulse plasma welder that
uses Argon gas. This type of welding allows extremely
small parts to be joined with high precision, but above
all using the same alloy used to make the prosthetic
device itself.
Thanks to this possibility, when the welding step is
complete, the result is a product
made from a single material, unlike when torch-welding
is used.
To aid the dental technician, Nobil Metal have created
the Laser Weld line for each
type of alloy produced: wire or stripes alloy welding
rods, especially developed for use with Plasma or Laser
welders.
The redesigned exterior of the new Nobil Welder has
been developed for easy positioning on the work bench,
and to allow the operator to work while maintaining
an ideal posture.
The new work chamber, larger than the previous version,
allows easier handling of prosthetic devices and better
use of the electrical conducting tweezers. This allows
easy adjustment of the inclination of the device to
be welded, depending on the process to be performed.
We can rotate the device by 45°, with respect to
the electrode, when there is a need to transfer material;
and 90° when there is a need to perform punctures
or linear "staples" and we can use an angle
of 20° for finishing. |
| The
advantages of the Nobil Welder: |
- 16 Programs
- Adjustments: Impulse power
– Impulse duration – Quantity of Argon flow
Electromechanical eye protection
- Stable welding, and free
of any contamination due to the Argon
- 2 tungsten electrodes of
different diameters: ø0.5 mm – ø1
mm
- No contact between the electrode
and the piece to be welded
- Welding, even in inaccessible
areas, thanks to new electrodes with ceramic insulation
- Rapid interchangeability
and adjustment of electrode angle
- Optimal illumination of the
work chamber
- Option for additional Argon
aspiration
- Individual and continuous
impulses by means of a pedal switch
- The advantage of welding
rather than brazing – Excellent precision
- Welding can be performed
on master model or in position
- Approx. 80% saving in time,
above all in finishing operations
- Very high temperatures developed
only on the welding tip
- Maintains a high elasticity
modulus and stability
- High weld biocompatibility,
using alloys of the same type (using Laser Weld
rods).
