Thermal analysis - DTA
Linear thermal expansion and melting range are the most important thermal properties of alloy and are determined by Dilatometric Analysis and Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA). The linear thermal expansion coefficient, measured using a dilatometer, plays an extremely important role in determining metal/ceramic compatibility.
